Because our offerings consist of professional services, digital strategy consulting, and custom campaign management, traditional product returns do not apply. This policy outlines the terms regarding service cancellations, refunds, and adjustments.
1. General Service Policy
- Service-Based Delivery: All services (including Google Ads management, Meta Ads setup, SEO strategies, and campaign optimizations) involve specialized time, strategy, and allocation of agency resources.
- Ad Spend Disclaimer: Payments made directly to third-party ad networks (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) as ad budgets are completely non-refundable, as those funds go directly to the respective ad platforms.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Prior to Service Onboarding: If you purchase a service or package and request a cancellation in writing before campaign research, onboarding, or account setup work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
- Ongoing/Monthly Services: Retainer-based services (such as monthly ad management) require written cancellation notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle begins, management fees paid for that month are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Ineligibility for Delivered Work: Once campaign audits, setup, graphic ad creative production, or keyword strategies have been executed and delivered, management fees for completed work are strictly non-refundable.
- Performance & Guarantee Disclaimer: Digital marketing and advertising results depend on numerous external variables, including market competition, product quality, offer relevance, and landing page conversions. While we apply best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not offer guaranteed sales figures or financial refunds based on campaign performance metrics.
- Partial Refunds: If a custom contract or multi-phase project is canceled midway by mutual agreement, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the uncompleted phase(s) of the project.
4. Billing Disputes & Issues
If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of all active ad management services and campaign assets.
